Custom production quantities depend on the packaging format, material, dimensions, print and specification. For custom mailers, around 2,000 units is a common practical starting point. Other packaging formats can have different production requirements, which we confirm during quoting.

Yes. We can help prepare or adapt artwork for production and work through print placement, sizing and other practical requirements as part of the development and approval process. You do not need finished production artwork before contacting us.

Yes. All Zero Pack compostable packaging is certified. For the UK, our home-compostable packaging is certified to both OK compost HOME and AS 5810, while our industrial-compostable packaging is certified to OK compost INDUSTRIAL. This gives UK customers the reassurance of TÜV Austria’s OK compost certification alongside the additional requirements of the Australian AS 5810 home-compostability standard. The exact certification depends on the material and type of packaging being produced, and we’ll confirm the relevant certification for your project.

Yes. All Zero Pack compostable packaging is PFAS-free and BPA-free. Additionally, our home-compostable packaging certified to AS 5810 undergoes worm-toxicity testing as part of the certification requirements, providing further assurance that it can compost without leaving harmful residues that are toxic to earthworms or compost.

Timing depends on the packaging format, specification, print requirements, production schedule, freight method and destination. We confirm the expected production and delivery timing as part of the quote rather than presenting one universal lead time.

Yes. Zero Pack supplies custom packaging to UK customers. Freight, shipping method and expected delivery timing are confirmed during quoting based on the packaging specification and destination.
