Minimum quantities vary depending on the type of packaging, size, material, print and production requirements. Once we understand what you need, we can confirm the starting quantity for your project.
Yes. All Zero Pack compostable packaging is certified. For the UK, our home-compostable packaging is certified to both OK compost HOME and AS 5810, while our industrial-compostable packaging is certified to OK compost INDUSTRIAL. This gives UK customers the reassurance of TÜV Austria’s OK compost certification alongside the additional requirements of the Australian AS 5810 home-compostability standard. The exact certification depends on the material and type of packaging being produced, and we’ll confirm the relevant certification for your project.
Yes. All Zero Pack compostable packaging is PFAS-free and BPA-free. Additionally, our home-compostable packaging certified to AS 5810 undergoes worm-toxicity testing as part of the certification requirements, providing further assurance that it can compost without leaving harmful residues that are toxic to earthworms or compost.
Yes. Zero Pack can develop custom compostable packaging for food applications, including flexible and rigid packaging depending on what the product requires. Tell us about the food product, how the packaging will be used and what it needs to do, and we’ll develop the packaging around those requirements. If food-safe packaging is required, we’ll make sure those requirements are addressed as part of the project.
Yes. If you already have brand assets or artwork, send us what you have. We can help prepare the packaging artwork for production once the packaging and print requirements are clear. You do not need finished production artwork before you enquire.
