It started with one very obvious packaging problem
Hi, I’m Patrick, founder of Zero Pack.
In 2018, I kept noticing the same thing: ecommerce brands were sending great products in conventional plastic mailers. Different businesses, different products — the same packaging problem.
The packaging was often used once, opened in seconds and thrown away. I wanted to find a practical compostable alternative that could still protect the product, carry a brand properly and handle real shipping.
The hardest part was not finding suppliers willing to make big claims. It was finding manufacturing partners who could support those claims with the right information and certified materials. That search shaped Zero Pack from the beginning.
What started with mailers has grown into a much broader custom packaging business. Today, we help brands explore certified compostable packaging across a wide range of products — always starting with what the packaging needs to do.
Zero Pack is here to make the process clearer, the packaging more considered and the next step easier.
